VENISON WORKSHOP – The versatility of venison

A workshop and demonstration for the food lovers showing the versatility of venison. Presented by Annatjie Reynolds, or the Venison Queen, as she is lovingly known in Richmond. She is able to break down a springbok or an impala carcass in three-odd minutes.
Taking place on two dates, 10 & 12 June 2021, tickets will include the workshop as well as a delicious lunch. Space is limited to 20 guests per day, so be sure to book your spot soon. Bring along your own apron, knife and cutting board for the journey.
