This annual open day at Muratie, a celebratory family event, features good food, fine wine, great company, live music and lots of fun stomping the newly harvested grapes.
From 14h30 prepare to be rocked by The Rites with their music, antics and comedy. This hugely energetic band will keep you captivated with music ranging from folk and blues through to rock and screaming punk.
Entrance is free of charge and visitors will receive a complimentary glass of wine on arrival. Food, wine and cold drinks will be on sale. Festival-goers can choose from Muratie’s delicious new summer menu. Hamburgers and cheese platters will also be on sale and Muratie’s full range of wines will be available by the glass or by the bottle. A vertical wine tasting for 20 x people will be on offer at 12h00 at R50 per head.
